BRIEF
The Greyhound Hotel decided to partner with PixelHaze to transform their online presence and generate further leads. Their online presence was predominantly on holiday websites such as Airbnb and Booking.com. Although this worked for a time, the cut these systems took from bookings wasn’t worth the management. They needed their own system, to take all the profits and manage bookings manually.
Through our workshop approach, we began to develop a unique design that reflects their rural business and gorgeous inviting interiors.
The existing site and brand, (although it served its purpose when it was initially created) was outdated and did not reflect the warmth and hospitality that the establishment was known for.
SOLUTION
Through our 4 hour workshop approach, we built everything for the new site. The website was designed as an only brochure which would be sent out to any customer. Here they could see all the facilities and events upcoming throughout the year.
As the hotel has been renovated over the past year, we got in touch with a local photographer Ruth Rees to breath life into the fresh room layouts and facilities.
Alongside the website, we evolved the brand, taking the existing Greyhound silhouette (which can be found on the gates as you enter the hotel) and repurposing it for a more premium look and feel which better represented the warm welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.
We successfully renovated The Greyhound Hotel’s online presence through a redesign that embraced its warm and friendly characteristics. The site improved user engagement through simplistic professional design and lead to an increase in conversions by enhancing the hotel's brand image, making it a digital reflection of the welcoming atmosphere that guests have come to expect.
