As the manager of our Studio, he oversees our day-to-day operations and ensures that every project we undertake is completed to the highest standard. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs, Ken is committed to delivering exceptional results that exceed our clients' expectations.

    Ken's particular focus is on our popular 'Web Design Workshops', where he designs and builds outstanding websites with speed and efficiency without sacrificing quality. With his extensive skill set in website design and development, Ken ensures that our clients receive excellent value for money, with no compromise on quality. He is an expert at creating dynamic, engaging, and user-friendly websites that perfectly meet our clients' needs.

    Ken is also skilled brand designer, with a keen eye for creating compelling logos that capture the essence of a company or brand. He is an expert in working with illustration and animation to bring websites and brands to life, creating dynamic and engaging visuals that are sure to impress. Ken has helped many of our clients to achieve their branding goals, crafting memorable and impactful designs that resonate with their target audience.

Will Hammond, Head of Technology, SEO


  • With expertise in digital marketing; specialising in SEO, technical support pertaining to a variety of website-related areas, and Squarespace plugin development, Will is an invaluable member of our team…probably the most important.

    As our resident SEO specialist, Will is dedicated to enhancing our clients online visibility and increasing organic traffic to their websites. His technical knowledge and keen attention to detail have helped many clients achieve top rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs), and generate high-quality leads.

    With his extensive experience in technical support, Will is also responsible for providing expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. They have an incredible ability to solve complex issues and ensure that our clients' websites run smoothly.

    In addition to his technical support expertise, Will is also a skilled Squarespace plugin developer. They have created custom solutions that have streamlined our clients' website functionality (and our own) and improved the user experience for their visitors.

    Will is constantly staying up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in digital marketing and website development; his commitment to ongoing learning and professional development means that they bring the most current and effective strategies to our team and clients.

Elwyn Davies, Founder, Head of Education


  • Elwyn's journey to the launch of PixelHaze began in the late 90s when he started building websites as a 13-year-old in high school. He co-founded a fast-growth digital media agency in 2004 before graduating from University. Throughout the years, Elwyn has gained experience as a small business owner, designer, front-end developer, and project manager. He has been building websites and software alongside companies of all sizes and industries for a long time, and in another life, he would have been a teacher. The launch of PixelHaze Academy gives him the opportunity to pursue his ambition of passing on his industry knowledge to the next wave of emerging designers and entrepreneurs.

    PixelHaze Academy, launched in the spring of 2019 by Elwyn Davies, is a training company that provides a comprehensive resource for emerging designers and small business owners who would like to build their own website using site builders like Squarespace. The goal of the academy is to help these individuals get the job done right the first time by providing them with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.

  • My passion for photography sparked when I received a Kodak disk camera at the age of 12. Today, I exclusively rely on a Nikon D7000 digital camera with top-notch Nikon lenses for all my professional work.

    As time went on, my love for photography grew over the course of three decades. With the arrival of my children, I found a special interest in capturing their unique personalities and joyful moments. This led me to naturally progress into the fields of weddings and portraiture.

    With professional qualifications in photography and prior membership in The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers, I have dedicated over five years to my career as a professional photographer. My areas of specialization include agricultural subjects, wedding and portrait photography, corporate events, and commercial advertising photography. However, I am always eager to embrace new and captivating subject matters.

    While I typically operate independently, I may enlist the assistance of an additional team member for larger projects. Whether it's on location or in the comfort of my informal home studio, I strive to create a relaxed environment that puts my clients at ease.
