Bespoke developer Will Hammond joins the PixelHaze team!
We are delighted to announce that William has agreed to join the team, initially on a part-time basis whilst he finishes his Computer Science degree at Northumbria University, Newcastle. This is in fact the same University that Apple Chief Design Officer and industrial design giant, Jony Ive graduated from. Needless to say, we have great expectations! No pressure.
There is a good chance that clients who have worked with us over the past 8 months will have already met William, as during his summer placement he was heavily involved in a number of the websites that we built during that period.
He has also been working with us for a few hours each week to help with the increased workload throughout the autumn and winter, and we are delighted that he is going to be joining us for 12 months full-time as part of the sandwich year from this summer.
William brings a brand-new skill set with him with his computer science background, enabling us to create custom code and database integration to squeeze even more out of the impressive Squarespace system. He's already been very active with our mission to create a huge complimentary library of Squarespace plug-ins for both our own use and to help Squarespace designers around the globe.
We look forward to William joining up with us from this summer.
